An xceptional sales person doesn’t come with a prepared sales script. Instead their presentation is fluid and is totally dependent on client feedback which is quickly and readily available through their physiology. These little changes in posture, the variations in their voice, their lack of eye contact….all these cues provide the sales person with adequate information to determine their next move. But they will only process this if they are truly in the room, truly present/in the moment and there to serve the client.
